Horrible customer service at the dealership I spoke to a sales manager over the phone I think his name was John I called regarding the lease and the fact that they never provided me the IRS information to get a discount for the plug in hybrid I purchased they told me that I got the incentive already through the lease but at purchase they told me I’m getting an incentive that was not part of the tax credit well my fault I guess for not asking for this document at sale before I signed but this was before the tax credit regulat... read more

I was there at the service department few weeks ago, trying to get a key for my Jeep. The key was already paid by my insurance but it was a missed communication with the insurance. It seems like the key was not covered. So, I asked the young lady that works in the service department how much was the key? She answered me about $400.00 dollars “and if I disagree with the price I can leave and I will open the door for you” quote and she did open the door for me to exit the place.
