Avoid this practice at all cost. The office manager, Maryann is the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to in my life and the entire staff are terrible to deal with. I made the mistake of calling ahead before my appointment to verify they took my new insurance. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and told me it was against their policy to tell me if they took my insurance. Very satisfied. Professional, friendly, pleasant personality, excellent care.
This is the worst practice I have ever been to. The office manger has yelled at patients in the waiting room in front of other patients. Mary Ann Webb is the worst office manger, I have seen her scream at her staff call them names and trash talk patients regarding personal information. I would never go back to a place such as this, none the less Mary Ann Webb is the office manger who was making out with Dr. Kamath in the room when I walked by. She is extremely unprofessional.
