My husband and I have used GMBC's Doula Touch Program for postpartum services following the birth of our daughter. We found the overnight care was most helpful to us and we could not be more pleased with the program. Lanny and her team of doulas are fantastic! Everyone is professional, warm, and caring. Update: The physicians group called me and told me they will no longer have the billing company call people about payment due without first sending a bill to the patient.
If ever a hospital should not longer be aloud to have an emergency department it's this one. The triage RN tonight has to be the rudest most incompetent person I've ever met. After over 3 hrs of waiting here people have been giving up on getting treatment and leaving unseen. It should be shut down and placed under medical review to decide if it should remain open.
Last weekend my son awoke with croup and quickly progressed to severe stridor. His respiratory distress prevented him from giving even single word answers. He received excellent emergent care and we are grateful to have accessible experts in our community. Thank you for your service!
Beautiful campus. Friendly people. But hospital itself is confusing.
