We've used GBMC for many things the last 40 years. ER visits, child birth, major and minor procedures. Around 2009 we felt like things were in decline. Patient care was not good. They have responded and turned things around. I have been their often the last two years including recently for a procedure. Best care ever. Great hospital and getting better.
My daughter and son in law had my ganny boy here. The staff Nurse Jen was awesome! She was very interactive, funny, caring with a calming spirit. Heather was great also. She helped with the delivery. Dr. Lache is the MVP in my book! He's a very personable, caring Dr. We had his undivided attention. I say this on behalf of my family and I. Ms. Elaine at Parent Connections was about to close and let me and my niece shop without any rush. She was helpful and answered any questions I had.
We went to the emergency room on 6/17/17 at 6:13 pm and didn't get seen until 11:47 pm all the time my wife was in terrible pain. Now after finially getting seen at 12:10am the Nurse was great as was the Dr. and 1 ultra sound Dr. Released us at the 3:45 am .
