Overall this used to be a good hospital. This new process they have now in the ER is hazardous. Whatever board member that thought people who are sick are going to want to go in one room get tested, go back to waiting room, go in another room get a pill, go back to the waiting room, go to X-ray, go back to the waiting room needs to have their head examined. RecommendedIt’s a really nice and caring hospital. The ER department is slow. Been waiting for my infant to go in the back for 3 hours now. She was born in this hospital. So having a baby here is great. Just wish the ER department was a little faster or give a courtesy check in on the patient. Especially the babies. Overall it’s a great hospital.
Discharged at 1:00 pm on Sunday the 27th of January. As of 7:00 pm we are still waiting on social services to get approval for a portable oxygen unit they say my wife has to have. Do not understand why this can’t be done as they are only waiting for approval. They would deliver the unit to our house. Very upset.
Ladies please bring as much stuff as you can with you to the hospital to have your little one I was charged 180$ for a pacifier. Crazy

I received the best care there . This was my first ( hopefully my last) hospital experience and I was thoroughly taken care of.

This is the best hospital around Baltimore. All of my doctors are located here. The BEST primary is Dr. Mauer. I have had multiple surgeries at this hospital, even Brain Decompression Surgery by Dr. Slavin. The ICU and the nurses and hospital staff on floor 4 and 5 are impeccably professional.
Thanks to the nurses last night that helped make my daughter smile thru a high fever with this cute unicorn they gave to her!
