I needed a prescription refilled and the pharmacy said to call my doctor and so I did. I tried to talk to a nurse and left messages every day for 5 days. Nobody returned my calls and so I asked to talk to a nurse and they would not even talk to me. I finally called and they told me the doctor would call me back and he never did. It was a nightmare trying to talk to anyone and so after 8 days of trying to get a hold of someone I gave up and went to the Wichita Urology Group. Dr. Kolla was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to others! He got to the root of my issue within 10 minutes of discussing my symptoms. I Can't say enough good things about him. The wait time was awesome as well-right on time for my appointment.
He is the worst doctor I've ever met. I was sent by my primary care doctor to see him, and he told me even if the doest all the test in the world he still won't know what is my problem. He said he will prescribe me a medication to see if it helps but never did. I got a big bill from the hospital for a usesless visit. I really regretted seeing this doctor.
