Everything went better than expected. I looked around and not only did this location have the best price in the area, they also had a lot of extras. They have a night manager, all night access, and moving equipment. This place made my move so easy, and the lady was very nice to me, other places were just okay. A+

I was quoted a price when I called for a storage unit. When I arrived they agreed that they had quoted me that price but said they would not honor it because it was not the correct price. They made no effort to resolve the situation and said it if didn't like it to cancel the unit which I had rented. I canceled that rental and went to a reputable company that honored the price they quoted.

The staff is very nice and helpful with everything. They have reasonable prices and I was impressed.They are the place to go if you want great prices, staff, and room. I had absolutely no problems with them. I always read the fine print and I was fine.

This facility is beautiful ,clean very helpfull staff, and resonable prices we rented for over 6 month was treated well what a customer service we recomend 100 percent

Be aware that regardless of how good a customer you are this company will not cut any slack. Despite the fact that I rented for a year, was never a problem, paid on time via auto-payments and gave notice 6 days before the end of the month they charged me for an extra month. I was charged because in the contract it says I have to give 10 days notice (I gave 6). I called and talked to three people but they would not change their policy.
