The worst “doctor” I’ve ever had.
I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could, and honestly would not come to Dr. Mishal even if I was dying. Please save your time, money, life and do not come to this clinic. I am a health care provider myself, I have had my fair share of experience with all types of doctors. Dr. Mishal is my MILs doctor and she is bottom of the barrel, the most rude and inconsiderate doctor I have ever met. Dr. Mishal and her staff are amazing. When my eye specialist doctor's office randomly cancelled my retinal detachment surgery stating it was not medically necessary, Dr. Mishal and her staff went above and beyond to contact my specialist office, and were able to get my surgery back on schedule. my right eye can see again, and I thank Dr. Mishal for acting urgently, as it has meant much for me. She took my health seriously. Thank you.
The doctor and staff require significant improvement. The doctor's reactive and unprofessional behavior, along with her hesitance to document my symptoms during the appointment, was unusual and discomforting. Additionally, the staff's lack of action and tendency to be argumentative were concerning. Thankfully, I have found a new and exceptional doctor. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to heed reviews before selecting a healthcare provider.
