Brandon arrived in a timely manner. We did a walk through of our insect problem. Then he went to work on resolving the issues. He was great and we appreciated his help very much.

Charles is top-tier!! Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Over the year, we’ve had a reocurrence of ants coming through our home. Previous exterminator was good and spot treated where we seen them but Charles investigated. He found where the colony is, the entry point into our house and treated locations, then baited near our pipes, and provided preventative treatments outside our house so the colony wouldn’t come back so soon. We are happy to be doing business with Sureguard and glad to have Charles as our guy now!!
