Owner is a douchebag, prices are over the top for their lack of quality. never responds to emails. Worst experience I've ever had from a "motorsports" store. Don't recommend.
Sub-par parts, horrible customer service and inflated prices. Never shopping here again.
I have tried to get in touch via email and voicemails (because no one ever answer the phone) and still no communication on their end. My car is down at the moment but no answer from Sure. I’ve bought a lot of products from them when I live in FL and it was very convenient. But now that I live far and not able to get in touch with them is a red flag to do business with.
Customer service is horrible. Every dealing I've had has been a nightmare. They wouldn't even sell me replacement urathane for their faulty mounts most recently.
