Sure Clean was brought in by our insurance company after a water leak. After it dried out they removed the machines and we had no contact for six weeks. They removed our downstairs stool and there was a leak in the line connecting to the stool. They did not tell us and shoved it down the hole. We were hit with a $600.00 water bill. They did repairs and have yet to come back after several attempts to get them to finish gluing flooring and did not replace our insulation under the house. My house has been torn apart by sure clean for a month with no returned call. I have called the office twice and the lady said she would have someone call me. I also called the service guys number and left multiple messages. Definitely not the way to run a busniess
RecommendedI have always used Sure Clean for my carpets they do an excellent job. My daughter-in-law and mother-in-law both used them after I recommended them and they were very pleased with their results also.

Damon was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He seemed to sincerely care about our home and making sure we got it restored. We are incredibly satisfied with the level of communication and service. We even called them on a Sunday and they were at the house ASAP.
