Summary: We hired Surebuilt/Mario to design and remodel a kitchen in January 2024, and through the design/architecture/engineering phase, wasted many thousands of dollars on him before realizing that we were being gas lighted and manipulated. I have been with Sure Built Construction since it started back in 1999. They have grown to become a well known full remodeling and disaster restoration company. What I see working for this company is that they truly love to impress their clients with good customer service and excellent craftsmanship. As an employee of the company I have to say that I have learned respect for the remodeling industry. I dont know too many companies that strive for excellence like they do. I'm proud to be part of the experience.
