Horrible customer service! Staff seemed annoyed guest were coming in and were rude. I asked for light meat and light cheese on my burrito and they didn't care to listen. Will definitely just stick to the Epps Bridge location!
Went in the store today to pick up an online order. Nobody acknowledged me whatsoever. Another guy comes in behind me and immediately he starts taking his order. I'm literally standing directly in front of them as if I'm about to order. I told the guy that I had been standing here, how come nobody asked to serve me. I never make reviews, but I used to frequent this location 1-2 times per week and always had a good experience. The last two times I’ve been, the food has been fine, but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen at any restaurant establishment. The first time, I arrived right around 11. Charles and Kiana greeted me with a smile and already knew my order, which really shows how much they value their regular customers. Their customer service is always top-tier. The food is consistently fresh, and the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere every time I visit.
