I placed an order online 15 minutes before arriving, when I arrived I got a notification that my order was ready. I spoke with the cashier and they told me my order wasn't ready, to wait 10 minutes. I waited over 10 minutes before asking about my order, they "found it". The food was cold because it sat for so long, and I had ordered chicken nachos but there was no chicken. I tried to call the store but the number is disconnected. Never going back.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this restaurant. A worker named Reese was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit as if he were unhappy to be there and not willing to provide me with basic manners and hospitality.
