It was ok. The food was pretty good. I had the Southwestern bowl as is. There was more than I could eat. The service was great, the line moved at a good.pace. the atmosphere was quiet. This is the first time I ate there but I will try it again.
The food was good but dear God they were slow. So many ppl were on lunch and the young man was trying to fix Togo online orders and he seemed confused. I think they should have 2 separate lines so they can fill online and accommodate the in person customers.
Good food, the service could be better. Gloves seem to be used just to appease customers because when you touch everything else while wearing gloves, then touch the food, I'm not sure if gloves matter. However, some slight improvements could make this place a go-to.
I ate her yesterday and Kelvin have the best customer service ive experience all year long. He made my experience so pleasant. Thanks for that amazing experience Kelvin.
