I should’ve stopped eating here a long time ago. It used to be a decent option for ordering a quick meal, but apparently the employees don’t care about putting together an order correctly. We never get any of the sauces that we order — not the ones that come with our meals, and not the ones that we order (and pay for) extra. Ordered nachos didn't get queso or my sauce on the side. I actually didn't receive nachos at all I got a salad actually a joke.
It was a rough day. I was looking forward to a taco salad WITH the taco shell. These folks dropped the ball big time. To make it worse they didn’t even try to fix the problem
We have gone to Surcehros on and off for a couple years now, but recently it has not been great. The last 3/5 times we’ve gone, we’ve had items missing or the wrong item. Tonight we had a chicken burrito, I watched them make it, but they put a steak burrito in our bag. Very disappointing when we spend the money on take out and then can’t eat it or have things missing.
