Everyone here is genuinely amazing and works hard with excellent customer service. ESPECIALLY Josh. Always amazing when I come in and is very respectful!
When I arrived to the establishment, there were no cars, nor customers in the parking lot. & as I begin to place my order, he appears to have a an attitude. Mind you I eat from this place all the time & didjt instant the frustration if their wee no customers. As I get to the end of the line he informed me they don’t have any Surcheros sauce & only had cilantro ranch. Which I was cool with. Got all the way home and realized he didn’t place my sauce in bag. Food was great but absolutely horrible service. Had to ask for certain food and sauces multiple times, pure laziness. They let us know they were closing in 15 minutes and started playing rap music on blast to incentivize us to leave. Not even 3 minutes past 9:30 they ended up telling us to leave since they are closed, couldn’t even finish my food. On the way out I go to try and fill up my drink but was told I couldn’t because they were closed.
Took over an hour to get my mobile order. Dirty and poorly ran. Don’t come here.
The food was pretty good, however the gentleman making my bowl gave me half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for more he said no, I tried to be nice about it but the man was being extremely rude about it. Safe to say I won’t be coming back
