Everytime you pay extra for something they don’t give it to you. The store printed out my entire receipt from Uber Eats and they still couldn’t get the order right.
It was my very first time trying this place. I did takeout and when I got home nothing I asked for was in my bowl. I got uncharged for the sides that I did not even get. Highly upset!
I thought surcheros was cool. Then I was shocked to get a bowl with watery cheese, and empty salsa / hot sauce bottles to accompany my bowl. I feel robbed, and I used to love this place. Shame.
I ordered Surcheros on Thursday night through DoorDash (got a ground beef burrito bowl and queso) and ended up with the worst food poisoning of my life a few hours later. I know it was not my Dasher’s fault as she was very kind and extremely timely in delivering my order, it was due to something either being undercooked, contaminated, or expired in my Surcheros Burrito Bowl. Ended up having to receive an IV treatment from how horrible I felt. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning.
