Our new favorite place to eat! We come here at least twice (sometimes 3) a week. The food is great and they have some super friendly employees that recognize us every time we come in �
I love surcheros my coworkers and I go at least once a week and are never disappointed. But today we ordered online like always and my burrito bowl was very plain and they didn’t put 4 things on there that are in the recipe I tried to call 3 times but every time it says user busy. Hopefully this won’t be a regular thing as this place is amazing.

Everything...the food is amazing and the staff is always prompt
I have been a really big fan of Surcheros since they’ve opened in Bwk. Every time I go, I get my same burrito bowl made the exact same way. However, the last 3 times that I’ve been there my food has been very spicy. I did mention it to an associate and she explained that someone mixed up a recipe and the problem has been corrected.... It’s not. I don’t like spicy food at all and I hate that I’m not able to enjoy this place anymore.
