Ordered online. Picked it up and half the items in my Barito bowl were missing. They were VERY rude when I asked for a manager and the manager was to busy. Great food but too many other places that will treat you better.

Deliciousness! Fresh! Healthy options! Lots of variety. Cool atmosphere. Fantastic friendly service. You can choose your own toppings and design your own meal basically. Fast, fresh, plentiful servings....all for a very reasonable price considering portion size and food quality. We will be back! They cater, too! Something for everyone. Great kids menu. Easy location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
Love the food but they always seem to be short on help seems to take forever.
Normally I enjoy Surcheros.....there's been a couple times of mistakes but nothing like tonight. I ordered two meals to be ready by 7pm, had to wait a good bit before being acknowledged (there was two people in line by the way) - a kids meal and a burrito bowl. The kids meal did not have the oreos, the cheese dip was not only ICE COLD but was complete liquid, the chicken on the quesadilla was dried and it may not have been as noticable if the surcheros sauce had been put on it as requested.
