I was sent to Dr. Panchal from an immediate care center and I'm happy with that decision. She explained everything she would be doing during surgery and subsequent visits were centered around my improvement and all concerns were always addressed. She made sure to ask me questions in various ways to be sure I was stating what I felt and not discounting something I may have felt insignificant.
During my first visit with Dr. Panchal to discuss potential hand surgery, I was immediantly impressed by her open and sincere personality. She was very thorough explaining what needed to be done and how it would take place giving me extreme confidense going forward. She has always allowed ample time for visits and discussions. I was very pleased with the surgery and continue to be after recovery and physical therapy. She is definitely one of my all time favorite physicions.
I would highly recommend Dr. Panchal. She explained, scheduled and performed my surgery all within the same day that I visited her office. She immediately put me at ease, explained the recovery process and made the entire experience a smooth one. In addition, Nicole Miller, the Occupational Therapist who handled my post surgery rehab was amazing. She enabled me to get full range of motion of my hand and between her and Dr. Panchal, the scar is almost invisible!!!
I was very pleased with my surgery experience and my successful recovery process. Dr Panchal was very patient and informative in explaining what would happen. I felt very comfortable with her performing the surgery for carpal tunnel release and a finger fusion and would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a hand surgeon. The staff is friendly and professional and very friendly.
Excellent care from this doctor. Very considerate, listens to patient's concerns, is empathetic. No rushing through in the examination room, unlike some other doctors I have seen. Dr. Panchal has performed 2 surgeries on me, and has always kept me completely informed and optimistic.
