We had an emergency with the lingual bar. Steph was able to greet us in the same day. Dr. Surbeck and staff were fabulous as always.
Brought my two teens here and they now have beautiful teeth! Very happy with Dr. Surbeck and his staff. He takes a patient, consultative, no-pressure approach to orthodontic care. He also does a great job setting the kids up for success, coaching them to avoid certain foods and take responsibility for the care of their teeth. Both of my kids were in braces for a year and a half and had completely positive experiences throughout the whole process.
This team is amazing.. starting the minute you speak with Steph to schedule you'll be embraced by kindness. Kayla was the assistant that took my initial photos and was with me the entire first appointment... she was so quick and good at what she does! And then finally, mad respect and shout out to Dr. Surbeck for having such a well-oiled machine and for being able to win my trust within a few moments of knowing him. He is old school, does things methodically and I love that! :)
Amazing staff. Friendly and professional. Interested in you as a person, as well as your orthodontic needs. Dr. Surbeck is phenomenal at explaining what is going on and what to expect in plain-speak!
