My wife and I have been patients, seen twice a year, by Dr. Tomar for 15 years. She is extremely bright, caring, and passionate about her medical skills. Most importantly, since she 'walks on water' we unequivocably recommend her!
Went to Supriya Dermatology 3 times for laser treatments to try to reduce a red mark on my right cheekbone. Saw the doctor and her assistants. The last treatment seemed to make it worse, so I went to another dermatologist. THANK GOD I DID. They did a biopsy before laser and I learned this morning I have full blown melanoma . . . skin cancer. They're rushing surgery and I'll have it removed, hopefully completely, Monday morning.
Questionable oversight.I was seen by this practice several times, including annual skin checks. Like many offices, they push for patients to see the PA or ARNP instead of the physician. In the past, I agreed to see the ARNP. This year I have significant medical diagnosis that need to be discussed, so I asked to schedule with the physician. I was informed that Dr. Tomar is not accepting new patients. I advised that I am not a new patient, and was then informed that 'any patient who has not been treated by the physician prior'... read more
On her website she said a thread lift you get instant results. When I paid her $7000 she said I quote "DIDN'T Work " I ask for my moneybacm she said No! Of course as soon as I sent letters to her she took it off her website... please don't go to her for Anything
As a lifetime 91 year old foolish sun worshiper of my youth, I have been treated by several great Dermotoligists, who sadly have died or retired in past years. Dr. Tomar, is of a skill that matches or exceeds the best of them.
She sounds like someone who doesn't have any manners. Finally, she picked up the phone. I asked her some brief questions about the treatment that I was really interested in starting and she just bluntly said this was not a good time and to call back another day. Seriously? She took my phone number, but I have yet to receive a call from her or anyone. I will definitely warn anyone I know and my family to steer clear from this office. It was very comprehensive, Dr Tomar not only discussed my condition, she was also interested in my life style and recommended some very important modifications to get better sooner and stay healthy. Dr Tomar is very professional, courteous and caring.
Visit was satisfying, I received the information I was looking for my condition And was diagnosed correctly. Good visit!
My first visit with Dr. Tomar was great. She is very patient and answered all my questions . she is a true professional.....also the front desk people are very nice....now she is my dermatologist ,and she did a great job. Thanks Dr. Tomar.
