Dug the hole for our pool in July 2020. It’s now almost April 2021 and nothing is working properly. We have resorted to hiring other contractors to finish the pool and correct oversights that have caused so many problems. Work would only be done to submit photos to the finance company to get paid and we would not see anyone for weeks. We have had to drain the pool three times. Terrible experience.
