One of my favourite pizza place to go.
Ordered on 8/31/26 at 7:22 PM, was told pickup in 20 minutes — pizza wasn't ready until 8:04 PM, over 40 minutes later. Order timestamp on the receipt also didn't match when we actually ordered. On top of the wait, the staff member who took our order was rude and spoke to us in an uncomfortable tone. Long waits happen, but the attitude was unnecessary. Staff really need training on how to talk to customers respectfully. Disappointing experience.
Hello, I ordered a pizza today, but unfortunately, I found hair on it. I’m a regular customer, so this was very disappointing and not the impression I expected from your restaurant.
