I should hate going to the service department...but I don't! The team members are amazing and communicate effectively. And they do what they can to make sure you're ready to go and on your way.
I went to get my Altima to be checked out because it was making a noise in the front driver's side. They were very busy, the Service Manager Joe did an amazing job, because to me is that he went out his way and bent over backwards to find the problem and took care of the issue. Furthermore, he might not realize, but him doing that made my day and the entire weekend because I really needed my Vehicle to pick up my daughter from school later on Thursday because she had to stay after school for a project and i need to bring her... read more
They are always quick to set appointments, service takes minimal time, service managers are professional and knowledgeable.
They were friendly and explained everything that was recommended to keep my car maintained properly. Everyone was appreciated. Looks like I found a new home.
