I have had nothing but the best experience with Supreme lending! Frank Pyle has been amazing! He is dedicated to his clients and is always available to answer your questions! Frank always explains in great detail what needs done before we can move on to the next step. Frank has guided my husband and I in the right direction! Was supposed to be pre-approved but I wasn’t. Was told loan was in underwriting but it wasn’t. Was told by Frank Pyle he personally would expedite my loan and it didn’t happen. Rate was never locked in, closing cost change several times, couldn’t get appraisal for 3 weeks and to move it up by 2 days would cost an extra $150.00. Asked for documentation and then so much time had lapsed that I had to get updated information. When I am promised that something will happen, I expect it to happen. This is absolutely the most ridiculous place.I was promised 3 different times that we were going to close and never happened.Very poor communication called several times nobody answered.They have 2 hr sit down talk s with the seller and let them know your business. Run far away from this as u can would not recommend to anyone
