Not sure which location handles online ordering but ordered a 340.00 chain on the 3rd of September and it is now the 14th of September and it hasn't shipped. Contacted customer service on the 25th and they reported that the chain was not in stock. They promptly refunded the full amount with no hassles, same day. Best jewelry store for customs and grills hands down. Don’t pay for the name it’s the same game zed hooked me up

This place is awesome. Prices are negotiable. They have some of the highest quality jewelry around. When I bought my wife a diamond cross necklace it came in a box with a little light that shines on the necklace when she opened it...it was perfect. Highly recommended!
