Never there when they say it will be open. We made an appointment and called them and they just said they won't be in today when we had an appointment. Never apologized or showed care, just brushed us off. The lady was cutting my boyfriend's hair and because she was talking and staring at the TV she thinned a chunk of hair to much and just made an "oops" face and laughed. Such an unprofessional place.
