This is the second time using the services of Supreme. The reason I went back is because of the excellent work they did on both of my vehicles. The repairs were second to none and as a bonus, both vehicles were detailed inside and out. Insurance companies give you a choice where to have your vehicle repaired. I would strongly recommend Supreme. You will not be disappointed.
Brought my car in to get the front bumper replaced. Greg and Alice were very helpful throughout. Greg provided the quote quickly, and Alice provided me with updates throughout the service. I also really appreciated the complimentary car detailing! Would recommend Supreme to others
All compliments to Supreme Collision in Aurora. I had my old Land Rover serviced by them and my experience was wonderful. I dealt with Joe and the office secretary/receptionist Alice, a very professional and kind lady. Joe and his colleagues have done an amazing job. My car looked like new. My repair was significantly delayed, and despite reaching out for updates, I have not received the timely responses or support I expected. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating, and the overall experience has fallen well below the standard I anticipated.
