I had such a great work out with Sky this morning I thought I would share some things! I love the changes I see not only in my body, but in my attitude as well! I joined this gym in September with 1 goal in mind my daughter's wedding! I knew I needed to lose weight and tone up, but I didn't expect the mental aspect I would feel as well!
