wish there could be zero stars given. i went here yesterday and the worker at register accused me of stealing hair dye! literally began yelling at me looking at my purse it was so uncomfortable i did not buy anything after that.

I come to this beauty supply store all the time and I’m always kind to the workers. I bought a hair dryer last week and as soon as I try to use it the same day it overheats and stops working. I have the receipt and tried returning it today and they said they don’t do refunds or exchanges, everything is final sale. I’ve never heard that before, that’s usually only the case for wigs. In town for an event and needed a wig. The area is a but sketchy, but the store was nice. There were so many options, the prices were decent, and every worker I interacted with was extremely nice. I never felt rushed while looking at wigs like I have felt at other places. Will visit again when I'm back in town.
