he sells cars with "clean title no accidents" so you buy it "as is" and then you do the inspection with your regular mechanic and he showed you the car had a major car accident not reported to the insurance and the cost to repair the car with the hidden damages is 10K. The car had recently got sealant in the head gasket so he should have known based on the date he bought the car in the auction according to the car fax.
