Good service overall I had these guys come out for some insurance work to find out what was wrong with my house heater. They quickly and professionally found the problem and replaced a faulty thermostat. I'll definitely be contacting them in the future to replace my home heater and air conditioner--I know they'll do a great job.
Donna Very timely installation of new furnace and air conditioner. No pushy salepeople but they do call to remind you of an annual maintenance available (not too expensive). Thought their prices were pretty reasonable and the repair person is knowledgable and friendly. Equipment working well, no problems.
Wouldn't use anyone else. We have a maintenance service agreement with this company. My experience has been that the technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. Recently they installed a Geo Thermal system for us in another home we purchased. Our experience was they were knowledgeable, efficient, clean and respectful of us and our property. Excellant Service Recently I had Supreme Air Systems come out and Clean and repair my Air Conditioning and Furnace systems. The young man who came out was friendly and polite, he did a very thorough job. My A/C is running just like new and it is an old system! They recommended that I have the service done at least done once a year or once every two years to keep everything running correctly. Not happy I had a terrible experience with this company. They removed and replaced my air conditioning unit. When they replaced my unit, they failed to replace the filter that was removed. When I found out about this when I went to replace the filter and called them, they stonewalled me and did not return my emails. When I replaced the filter the new service provider told me that dirt had built up and nearly damaged my unit. I am very unhappy with this company.
