I would give zero stars if I could! My son had had 3 different councilors here in 3 different offices and ALL failed him. 1st one used his case to get himself into a better position elsewhere and took my son’s file with him as a case study! Needless to say it took my son quite some time to be able to trust a new counselor! 2nd one made zero effort to help my son by explaining what was right and wrong for a child to do.
