FIVE days to ship an order??? It wasn't custom. No embroidery, just stock. WHY FIVE DAYS??? I'll order elsewhere next time.
I haven’t received my order yet. This review is strictly on shipping. The website says orders ship within 2 days. I placed my order 6 days ago and just received an email stating my items shipped and will arrive in 7-10 day. Waiting 1.5-2 weeks is way longer than I anticipated. This purchase will be my first and last purchase.
I’ve ordered from this company twice both times I receive my order has been incorrect just received an order yesterday for some pants and when they came there was no hem terrible terrible terrible customer service !!!
Not their fault but product was destroyed by shipping. Customer service is great
I would give them zero stars if possible. Horrible service. I paid for 2 day shipping and my order is still not here, the shirts were for a wedding TOMORROW. I called and they told me they didn't ship it on time but there was nothing they could do about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have not yet recieved my items as I just ordered them Friday. This rating was for the customer service i just recieved on the phone. I noticed my order had not been processed yet and I was hoping that it would be shipped in 1-2 business days as stated because I was needing my items this coming weekend.
