Customer service is absolutely horrible. I've done an online order inquiry. A month later, no response except the automated one that says they will be in touch soon. A month later, I call and place the inquiry over the phone. I was supposed to receive the quote via email the same day. Over 24 hours later, I call again to give the same information to yet another employee. I'm supposed to get a quote within an hour.... I've never had to work so hard to give someone business.

I get the right goods every time. The order come in two or three days. When my product is not in stock I never have to wait to much for it. When I speak to any employee they have been very nice to me. So I have had a good experience every single time. And I've been a customer for years.
Always has what I need and shipping is usually quick.

I placed an order on June 25, received an email saying it was back ordered until late July or early August, left a message for customer service, no response. I called again today August 6th, the person I talked to should not be in customer service. She did tell me that the order should be here tomorrow, but when I told her about the lack of response from my previous call she completely ignored it, and says "will there be anything else?" I will be shopping elsewhere next time.
Love this company for my total work needs! Repeat customer. Great prices and fast shipping!
