Worst Massage Experience...Ever! – I booked a one hour warm stone massage and walked out half way through. There was no privacy in the place, the walls are made up of chinese paper walls so you could hear everything from the door bell to arriving guests. That could've easily been forgiven had my so called "therapist" known was she was doing but I wasn't that lucky. The "massage" could barely be called a massage. Fabulous hidden jewel – This is not a luxurious spa, so don't go there with those expectations. After having been to several massage therapists around the city as well as around the world, I must say the massage I received at Supple was wonderful. Many places in the city that offer massages aren't that great as anyone can get certified to give massages. Most places are just mediocre. A true deep tissue massage should be slightly painful while administered but wonderfully relaxing afterwards. That is what I have received here... read more
BAD massage – I booked a 60min deep tissue massage. Upon arrival, I was asked by a very nice woman if I preferred a female or male therapist. I said female, she said sorry there was only a male available, so no biggie although odd to ask the question if it didn't matter. The massage was horrible! The therapist squirted a copious amount of oil all over me, much too much, and the massage was horrible. RELAXING~! – I went to this spa for the first time for my boyfriends birthday. He enjoyed it very much he said that he felt really loose and relieve after getting the massage. Also, the staffs were really nice... The place is a bit small thought but it's a good price and the massage was nice the staff were nice and everything looks pretty nice n comfy... -=]
First Facial left me wanting more! – My friend recommended this place for me. She said the place is small but prices and service is great. That's exactly what I needed at the time. If you are looking for a spa day getaway, this is probably not the best place for you but if you are looking for great service and you dont want to spend a whole lot of money, Supple Spa is great. WOnderFul Spa +Expierance<3 – This spa is absolutley wonderful. I have recently went there for a session for a Deep Tissue Massage, and a Deep Pore Facial the special Package, i have to say anita the facialist was wonderful. The girl at the front desk cari was her name she was so helpful, and cheerful she does a great job keeping the clients happy. Faith did a GREAT job on my facial – ok, i have to admit that this was my first facial ever, but I left the spa with my face feeling like a new born baby's booty. My friend later asked me if I had on make-up and was very surprised when I told him no. Faith really did a good job and I was totally relaxed. I also had an hour massage (though I never did get the name of the woman). I would totally recommend the spa and Faith. Great job!!!
Excellent facial - so, so pedi/mani – I have been to many spas throughout the city and right now supple is at the top of my list. Since moving up here a year ago I have been looking for a new facialist. My woman back home was excellent and I might have found her NY equal at supple in Sophy. Utilitarian Services and atmosphere – The people here could not be nicer and more respectful but the service I received (a facial) was basically someone washing my face and spraying what smelled like a baby product on my face. I requested that they concentrate on extractions which took about 5 minutes and were not done well (too short and too gentle, nothing was extracted). Also, it was supposed to be for an hour and I only received about 50 minutes. They have one bathroom and I had to wait in line for nearly 15 minutes. Als... read more
