Not a SPA experience : ( – Mind you, the staff was lovely... everyone was very sweet and polite. I got a bikini wax -- and it was a very awkward, weird experience -- one of the staff members walked in in the middle of it... which may not seem like a big deal to some, but just imagine the horror of hearing the door which leads right into the waiting area, slowly open as you are spread eagle on a table at the mercy of someone waxing some pretty painful and exposed areas. The Couples Massage was ... interesting to say the least. – I had some friends in town visiting and one of them had found a good deal on couples massages, so we booked appointments for three couples massages to be done simultaneously ... well first off, the place looked nothing like the photos. It was badly decorated and felt very "awkward" ... definitely not what you expect when going to a spa. Excellent Facial – I am very picky about facials. I was a little nervous about trying supple spa because of some of the negative reviews saying that the spa employees are not certifed. I checked ahead, and this is completely UNTRUE. So, my boyfriend and I made an appointment. We had terrific facials yesterday in a room-for-two. Amy was my facialist, my skin looks amazing! Great massage! – I took my boyfriend to supple spa for his birthday and it exceeded my expectations. You can hear the bell and in-coming clients but I was so engrossed in the experience that It did not detract from my experience. The price was worth the experience. The massage therapists were professional and thorough. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely go back. I love supple spa!
DISAPPOINTED – THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST MASSAGE, AT THE SPA , AND I MUST SAY THAT, MY TIME WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING, BECAUSE THE ROOM THEY GAVE ME, WAS NOT SO QUIET AT ALL. WORST PLACE EVER DONT EVEN BOTHER!!!! omg a must read – I had booked an appointment at supple spa some time last week, i had the worst massage ever with my friend. we both had 2 seperate room, which you cant even call it that , cuz it had a chinese paper wall where you can hear everything. i had a therapist who spoke barely any good english, she kept massageing my butt rather than my back ,doing it too hard where i have soars now where it hurts to even move or SHOWER!!! clearly i tryed to explain to her to focus better and d... read more
Greatest massage I recieved!!!! – Supple Spa provides the best massages I have ever experience. The streching was a great way to relieve tension and soreness.It was so relaxing so I added another hour massage.I will definitely be back again~
Really professional deep tissue massage – I had a really really well done deep tissue massage in the midtown location yesterday. Was very effective, and the only criticism, is not so much work on my legs. However, lots of attention paid to where I had some soreness and all my aches worked right out. Silly silly question though. I left my underwear on because I was more comfortable that way, but should I have taken them off? I know it's silly, but I was too embarrassed to ask and then didn't specify.
Great Couples Massage – I brought my boyfriend, and my best friend and her husband. None of them have had a prior massage. They had a blast. We were all treated like royalty. They were able to accomodate 2 couples at the same time. (Alot of places don't.) The prices were great and from walking in and to leaving we were caterted too. I would definitely go back,and I know the rest of the group were already booking appts.
