Every time either called/walk in, there's never steak tips. Last time I walked in was accomadated on either getting an extra rack of ribs or extra chicken due to the lack of ordering your sub shop does. Now I get told it's only chicken becauss of the lack ordering, food is good but have someone learn how to order stock properly and wouldn't run out within 2 damn days yet again, within one week time of visiting. Spending usually $40 to $100 a week in take out!
Top notch food, love the pizza by the slice varieties. Subs are BOMB as usual.
If I could give it zero stars that's what it would get bad service awful tasting food. Messed up my order and they thought they would fix it by resending a wrong order. What a waste of money.
This place has gone way dow hill in the last few years...their steak subs have gotten smaller and dryer...and they screw up more than fast food places...Phantom Gourmet should revisit...never going back again...
When I was in Lowell last year, I'd asked around about good pizza, and a delivery driver recommended them. Well, as fate would have it, I got hungry, so I ordered one... it was fantastic! The crust had good flavour, and just the right balance of chewy and crispy... and very satisfying! Should I happen to be out that way again, I'm definitely taking my wife there; she'd like it!
The deep fried steakbomb. A must. Pizza's are great, the food over all is perfect.
