Been trying to call for 20 minutes I called eight times nobody’s answering the phones their answering machine is full also called for other times from another phone number at the same time for a total of 12 times in 20 minutes very poor customer service in business if you can’t answer your phones or even pick up an asked to be placed on hold
RecommendedThe food here is outstanding. The marinara sauce for the pasta is absolutely delicious. Customer service is outstanding. I'm a regular here, as well as many of my co-workers near by. They also provide catering service, which will be utilized heavily during tax season😀

Good subs, ok dinners, great coleslaw but they always run out so if they had coleslaw instead of always runing out Id give them more stars.

I TOTALLY agree with whoever said Suppas has gone waaay downhill in recent years. I just today ordered a Chicken Ranch sub, which is my favorite sub there and has been great in the past....key words being "in the past". It is supposed to have chicken, onion, tomato, feta and ranch on it...according to menu. However today when I ordered it, it only had chicken and ranch dressing. :( Sad. Deeply disappointed and PATHETIC. Pretty unhappy with Suppas Lowell lately. Not sure I'll be back again since there are dozens of FAR better... read more
