Have been a longtime happy customer (since you opened) but as of recently you have changed your policy on wide tires. I have had the same Jeep and tires for 3 years, but as of my last visit I was not allowed to go through the wash. Been bringing it in with 35x12.5" wide tires for 2+ years but all of sudden thats not possible anymore. Your supervisor told me it was due to repairing the tire shine tracks. Funny as I've never used those as all it would do is spray the tire shine on the clean Jeep once I got on the road. Sorry g... read more

Was not happy with interior cleaning, when I told guy about spots on console he said I can pay 45.00 more for a cleaning with chemicals. This was a 20.00 car wash on a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado his resolution was unacceptable, there were spots all over outside of truck to include chrome front. Superwash use to be the best, what happened? Very disappointed. Tipped the usual 5.00. I shouldn't have after I got home and looked around.

AWESOME job! Manager Chris took charge I was in distress a cement truck lost concrete on dunlawton after a hard rain. ALL down he passenger side of the car :( 2 hour hard work and care it looks BRAND new!! Always get a good wash and clean here, but this was beyond! Thank you!!!
