Every time I come here no one vacuums properly or wipes the inside down very good and today I’ve literally been sitting here 50 minutes to get my car cleaned on a Tuesday and they aren’t even very busy !! I’ll be glad when there’s somewhere else to go

So i actually went to the Superwash location on Nova road.Without going into detail i had a problem (that was 100% my fault)I called the customer service number and was treated with courtesy and professionalism.I appreciate the persons patience and effort.
This team is awesome!! My car is always detailed to perfection!! They all work very hard and take pride in their work. This is the only place I trust with my car!
The carwash and staff are usually great. I would just like to offer a friendly bit of advice to those who like to finish detailing thier car on thier. Dont bring blank spray bottles containing words like "window cleaner" or "All pourpose" on them. I have been there twice with these bottles and each time I was approached by multiple employees accusing me of stealing thier supplies. this place does a great job on cleaning cars. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so . I've yet to be disappointed.
My truck was completely filthy from having two furry dogs. They did an amazing job, very friendly and personable. Will definitely go back.
