New gaming build based on PC Parts Picker would not go. I've built 5 or 6 computers myself, but after two weeks of futzing and 3 motherboards, it was a relief to hand over my troubled child to a skilled, experienced tech like Michael. My PC wouldn't turn on even though the power was running through it, and I was getting really stressed out right before an important exam. Luckily, Micheal took great care of it. He diagnosed the issue and brought my PC back to life just in time. He also helped me install some more fans to improve airflow and keep things cooler. Super friendly and knowledgeable service.
Did an amazing job finishing up the build process on my gaming pc. I watched many YouTube videos trying to figure out how to build a pc. After a while I found that I was not the best person to build this. My family found Michael and he was able to complete the build. I would definitely use Michael again.
Super Tech Geek did an excellent job retrieving all the data from my hard drive. I’m very appreciative to Michael for his expertise and perseverance in retrieving all the valuable personal data – a decade of photos and videos – from a very old 2009 hard drive.
