Michael is awesome. He provides a one-stop solution for all PC / user-related tech needs, including data recovery, and any manner of troubleshooting. He is my San Jose Tech solution of choice, despite having numerous options absurdly, including business owners who are friends of mine. It's a joy seeing him take pride in his work, throwing incidentals that one should not expect, but receives because of dealing with a consummate professional. I built my first PC and after playing serval games I would get constant crashes which caused me extreme frustration. The issue was difficult to track down and after help from others with no fix I contacted Mike for some help. Mike fixed the crashes and he notified me of everything throughout the process. highly recommend! michael is super helpful and communicative! ive had ongoing problems with my pc, with a plethora of error codes occurring at random times and michael was able to make all of those go away + updated my windows:) ! he gave me info on what the problem might be, things he’s tried/is going to try, and offered tips and advice. he stayed in contact and made sure everything was looking ok even after bringing it home. definitely would go back to him again if i ever had any issues or questions.
Did an amazing job finishing up the build process on my gaming pc. I watched many YouTube videos trying to figure out how to build a pc. After a while I found that I was not the best person to build this. My family found Michael and he was able to complete the build. I would definitely use Michael again.
