I got a lengthy discussion with Mike during the night about the problems with my laptop. his website appointment scheduling was easy and intuitive to figure out and scheduled. I scheduled an appointment, dropped my laptop off, and he went to work on it. All the while giving me updates, diagnosed and did a thorough system check. Including cleaning out my fans. Great service, had 2 broken PCs and Michael helped me through the entire process for both. Fair pricing and is always updating you on what is being done. Very meticulous process and makes it easy to understand even if you know nothing about computers. Michael also helped me salvage and take apart components from a broken computer so I could sell them separately later. When I was having trouble with the PC afterwards he also helped me through voice call to troubleshoot the problem.
Michael is awesome. He provides a one-stop solution for all PC / user-related tech needs, including data recovery, and any manner of troubleshooting. He is my San Jose Tech solution of choice, despite having numerous options absurdly, including business owners who are friends of mine. It's a joy seeing him take pride in his work, throwing incidentals that one should not expect, but receives because of dealing with a consummate professional. He's an OG when it comes to service with a smile!
I built my first PC and after playing serval games I would get constant crashes which caused me extreme frustration. New gaming build based on PC Parts Picker would not go. I've built 5 or 6 computers myself, but after two weeks of futzing and 3 motherboards, it was a relief to hand over my troubled child to a skilled, experienced tech like Michael.
