I bought a used computer only to discover it suffered from intermittent hardware failures. Despite the inconsistent nature of the failures Michael was able to isolate the issue, replace the part, and test the PC to ensure there were no further issues. Everything runs perfectly now! Michael was excellent at communicating every step of the process and accommodating my schedule. I’d absolutely use his services again.

Michael was great. I upgraded my CPU, CPU fan, and hard drive for a reasonable price. It was an easy transaction and a quick turn around. I gave my PC on a Sunday night and got it back quickly on a Tuesday afternoon. He went above and beyond and made sure my PC was running at its best before returning it back to me. He made sure all the drivers and settings were correct. He was very responsive and very helpful even after he worked on my pc. I highly recommend.

When I was afraid about how I had damaged my motherboard, Michael took the time to listen to what I had done and the steps to repair it. When it became clear that it would be more cost effective to get a new computer instead of fixing my aging PC, he showed me a great deal on one. Michael made the process very easy to understand and looked out for me. Working with him was like talking to a friend. It is good to know if I ever have computer problems that there is such a kind and helpful person in downtown San Jose.
