This park has not had a community center available to the residents for over 2 years. Management just keeps telling them they do not know why. Rent is increased yearly but no park activities are offered by this park. Residents are responsible for any recreation gatherings, including as simple as having coffee on Tuesday outside no matter what the weather. This has went on long enough. Time for change.
Zero management; zero ground maintenance since corporate take over; and our clubhouse has been closed for over 3 1/2 years without reasonable explanation. Yet the rate still goes up!?
Never got a chance to check it out. We were rejected due to being Canadian & having no US credit history. All good - Silveridge welcomed us with open arms. We love it here!
