I work here , come see Roxana and buy a park model :) It’s a great park to live in
DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE !!! Management is money hungery. They don't care who they hurt and are not accountable to anyone. I have 38 plus years as a wonderful tenant at other parks all across the USA. Never been refused to live anywhere till I ran into these people. They base everything on one thing MONEY. They never verify anything and truly WRONG good people. Like suggested don't even try to live here.
DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE !!! They refused to give me back my earnest money after they refused us to live there. In 40 years plus of being an adult I have never ever been refused to live anywhere all across the USA. They are thiefs. Now I'm going to have spend more money to get my money back.
