Wonderful staff! I have a new job and wanted to make sure Dr Lovell was in network. He wasn't INN at the Gold Canyon office but was INN at his Mesa office so I made an appt. there. I called the Gold Canyon office to ask why they weren't INN with my insurance. They had made application and are waiting for approval which takes some time. In the meantime the staff talked to him and he made an exception to charge my insurance INN prices to keep me closer to home.
