There are better prices at other parks in town.
Over priced and website currently says $450 a month and over phone they say it’s wrong and $550 a month, the fact it’s different tells you they raise it often and my guess is they will raise the rent every year or sooner and before long you will be paying $1000 a month for an RV lot, so no thanks on this park.
