Terry, the service advisor, did a solid for me yesterday when my bikes ignition system took a dump. Broke down on the side of the road, picked up me and the bike took it to the shop. Although they couldn't work on it, they didn't charge me for the tow.
Parts dept had what I wanted and was great service!

Terrible customer service, very rude employees! Wouldn't honor price ticketed on merchandise saying it was a mistake. Put it back on the rack without adjusting the price right in front of me. Other customers overheard the transaction and were appalled as well. No wonder why they are going out of business!
Flip, Mason and Andrew provided top notch service! I can honestly say that This group has provided the best service I have experienced at any Harley dealership... and I’ve been to a lot! They gave me a great price on my 2018 Street Glide Special and a more than fair trade-in value on my Fat Boy Lo. If you’re in the market for a new bike, you’ve got to go see these guys!
Just another lying wannabe product that hasn't been american since the evo's went electronic ignition. Ask the people in the where their 'hardley america' parts are made, then show them on the package where. Pathetic is what liars are.
If you need/want (same difference) a bike go talk to Dan in sales. I just got a 14' Road King and he was great. He was informative and worked to get me the bike I wanted. I would guess they are all great. I would get another bike from Dan in the future. The whole store is nice just to walk around, everyone is friendly.
