After wash guarantee I always take my car to Supersonic Car Wash in Orem for car wash or wax work. They'll pay you if they don't get your car washed in 5 minutes. And the 48 hours guarantee they have will let you wash again for free if it rains within 48 hours after you wash you car. Also they have a 90 day guarantee on their wax work. If you are not happy within 90 days of wax service, you get another wax service for free. I took advantage of this service and they didn't give me any hassle about it.
BEWARE! TL: DR: - Damaged my front right fender, Had to FIGHT with them for 4 days to get them to pay for it. Mangers Lied about “Never Seeing anything like this happen before.” Managers asked if I wanted to pay half of the damages that were not my fault. I keep trying to give Supersonic car wash a chance with more then a car wash to be let down twice now. The first ti,e was cleaning my seats. Them telling me the stain on the front passenger seat wouldn't come out. I went home clean the seat myself. Then I tried to get the best car wash with the wax. Never going back for a touch up when it had rain. I didn't think it was fair, they didn't know it was going to rain. So just waited until my next car wash. BAD SERVICE BAD BUSINESS BAD MANAGER CHRIS M*****
I paid 115 for a full service wash and carpet and seat shampoo and the inside was barely wiped down. The middle console area that holds the drinks wasn't even vacuumed out and still full of crumbs. I took a BABY wipe and wiped down my dashboard and it came up black. Seriously? The inside of the windshield was not wiped down well enough and still had spots and smear marks.
I love this car wash. I have a fast pass and I have never had a promblem. they always give my daughter a sucker when we are waiting in line and anytime I have had a promblem, they have made it right. I prefer Super Sonic over Wiggy Wash and defiently over the Quick Quack car wash place.
Come to this location at your own risk. I would never take a car to this location. I baby my car and hand wash every weekend and then wax it twice a month. I made the mistake of taking my car through after a windy Tuesday when it was dusty and they damaged the paint job. Even though they agreed that the paint was on my car when it went in and off when it came out they blamed the car.
