Usually they are not bad at wiping the vehicle down to dry. They were not that busy when I stopped in today, but I still I had to ask the kid if he had popped open the trunk to dry around it all so it didn’t drip. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language to him, so I showed him why it was needed, still pretty a much blank expression on his face. I went here to get my truck washed. We had been off-roading and the truck had some mud on it. The first employee stated they did not know if I could go through the car wash. They got a second opinion and they said it was fine to go through, but it would be $15 on top of whatever wash I chose. I went down the street, paid $5, the guy pressure washed me off and I went through the car wash. I saved $25 skipping this place for the same service down the street.

If a vehicle is extremely muddy then sometimes we can't wash it for safety reasons, but you shouldn't have been told that you would be charged differently. Sorry we let you down.
I was a loyal customer for more than 10 years... last weekend my truck apparently came off the conveyor and I was asked not to come back. Now this truck with the same wheels and tires has been through at least 150 times with my fast pass and no trouble I let them run it through on a full service and I'm asked not come back. I have 3 vehicles that go through their wash. I will not be taking anything I own back. I guess mister is moving in all over for a reason.

Lousy job vacuuming, lousy job wiping the car down, the door jams were filthy worse than when we brought it in. Brake dust wiped on the hood. If I had the time I would have walked around and made sure before I left. Good thing they give me a free wash.
