I went in today for a car wash and wax but was really disappointed that your company has no protocol to protect customers from the Corona Virus. No employees wore masks and no one sanitized my car after driving it in and out of the wax station. I asked an employee about this issue and he said there was no protocol. It’s a good thing I carried my own Clorox wipes so I sanitizer my car myself. If you all want the economy to get rolling again WEAR MASKS and sanitize my car if you are required to drive it. I told the cashier everything I wanted done and he kept showing me placards of prices. After my car was finished they hadn’t even vacuumed the place in the back of the hatchback I said to vacuum.

An hour later we realized our princess SAMANTHA had left her iPad in the waiting room ... no problem, the staff was courteous enough to confirm it was there and they held it for us. Wow, so grateful ... SAMMY was super stoked to get her iPad back!
Went today with my new car. paid for the big package that would be all the bells and whistles. They didn't even wipe off the console or doors. I didn't get my tires ArmorAlled had to ask the kid to wipe things down and ArmorAll my tires which got halfway done. over all paying over 30 bucks for what was done was a joke.
Supersonic is awesome! I spilled coffee all over my seat and when I went in to get it cleaned the guys that do the detailing were on their way out. They were so nice and stayed late to clean my seat. They got the stain out and my seat looks awesome! 😊
Sat in line waiting until 8 am for a facility that is advertised as opening at 7 am. The customer service rep stated “it is not my fault the website and sign out front are wrong”. Then they did a crappy job of cleaning my car. I won’t go back.
Bugs still all over the front of my car. And streaks oj the trunk.
