very rude and unhelpful staff I bought a crossbow in there this past Monday got home and went to shoot it only to find out that the trigger was stuck in it and could not be fired I paid $150 for this crossbow so I took it back down there and they said I was stuck with it there was nothing they could do and then called the police on me a little anorexic lady in there is rude and she should be fired I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this lousy establishment
Make sure you save every receipt of payment. I got screwed because they did not document my payment in the computer. Although the place is really convenus, they rip you off.You're better off selling your product on a marketplace

Poor management this store has an awesome staff but management (DENTON) is very disrespectful and inappropriate he makes inappropriate comments about women body parts … he cusses at his staff belittle in front of customers you can tell he is used too abusing his authority… he brags about how corporate lets him keep his job after having a sexual relationship with a previous employment… he’s always callin woman hoes and bishes and think it’s funny …. The fairborn ohio location has made a huge improvement on staff & store! I highly recommend them!
